William Jones

William Jones is the Founder and CEO of Envoy Clinical Research, LLC, a clinical research site network dedicated to strengthening trust, expanding access, and elevating community participation in clinical trials. With more than two decades of experience across clinical operations, compliance, training, and site leadership, he brings a systems level perspective to building high quality, community centered research programs that reflect the needs and voices of the populations they serve.
Before establishing Envoy, William held senior and executive leadership roles at Epic Medical Research, Helios Clinical Research, and Ventavia Research Group, where he led major operational, regulatory, and quality improvements. His leadership foundation was shaped during his long tenure at Children’s Health System of Texas, where he directed system wide clinical research training and competency development across 54 research sites. In this capacity, he collaborated closely with UT Southwestern Medical Center Dallas, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, and Parkland Memorial Hospital, and developed the Solid Organ Transplantation QAPI program adopted jointly by Children’s Health and UT Southwestern.
William is also committed to expanding research literacy and workforce development. He has served as a consultant and educator for Clinical Research Fastrack and volunteers his expertise at a nonprofit community clinic, helping broaden access to research and care for underserved populations. He currently serves on the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) IncluDE Steering Committee and is recognized as a respected global speaker, educator, and advisor within the clinical research community.

Judy Atkinson

Judy Atkinson is the Head of Operations at Envoy Clinical Research, LLC, where she supports the execution and day-to-day performance of the organization’s clinical research site network. In her role, Judy partners closely with executive leadership and site teams to help ensure operational consistency, scalability, and alignment with Envoy’s mission-driven approach to community-centered research.

She plays a key role in supporting operational workflows that enable high-quality clinical trial conduct while fostering strong collaboration across teams. Judy’s Clinical background and work across multiple disciplines helps reinforce Envoy’s commitment to efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth as the organization continues to expand its impact in clinical research.

Natosha brings decades of experience from the business sector, working in various leadership positions in Commercial Real-estate, and project management. Creative and strategic in equal measure, Natosha brings fresh ideas to every study implementation and community centered campaign.
